Last Day in P-Town

Good-Byes are Hard.

Especially when it means leaving your BFF for 18 months

Yes. I am leaving.
Yes. I want to cry.
No. I'm not overly-emotional.
I'm sentimental.

Mostly, Provo has been my home for the past year.
The people here became my family.
...and now it's going away.
It's a lot to PROCESS.

But it's fun to reflect on WHAT occurred over this past year in P-Town, so let's check it, yo.

I left my old friends in Hughson, to come HERE and make new friends:

....and we camped

....and happened to be roommates who LOVED RNO.

....and we dressed up like white trash

...yet we could get fancy when needed

....and I still kept in touch with my fave Hughson girls via Skype/Oovoo
...And I went to a football game that I DIDN'T cheer at. Weird.

...and I went to dessert date parties. Those exist?

....And I went with them to the temple.

I love these people.
Cate, Eric, James, Les, Rich, Anna, and Will.
Great examples to me.
The funniest people I've ever met.
The people who would mama-bear me when needed.
Who would help me do my chemistry homework.
Who would make me sing all the inappropriate words in any Lonely Island song.
Who would pretend to be my boyfriend when we ate crepes so we didn't look like fat losers.
Who would teach me that I shouldn't stress about grades.
Who inspired me to be something great.
Who taught me that I should LOVE what I do.

Basically, the people who helped me grow up.

I love them so much. Without them, Provo wouldn't have been such a ride.

But, I learned a lot by myself here too!

Let's check it out, shall we?
I got ombre hair! First time I ever did something "crazy" to my locks!

I started ACTUALLY being interested in the mechanics of makeup. Eyeshadow, lipstick, etc.

I sent A TON of pictures identical to this home to my mom.

...and oh yeah, I GOT A MISSION CALL!

So, P-town is the best.
It made me a cool cat.
Now I'm off to California, before
OPERATION:LISBOA.

Whoop Whoop.

In closing, I just want to say one thing I will FORSURE miss about Provo (well, about my time in Provo lately)
Seven Peaks.
Tanning, and fun.
With my friends.
Especially Cate.
Whatta Trooper.

I will NOT miss my terrible hair for seven peaks though
Braid. Not hot.
I loved my time here.
I love you.

Stay Classy, P-town.
